The Norwich Bio-Incubator has been specially designed to provide flexible and efficient work space for businesses. The building, located on the John Innes Centre site on the Norwich Research Park contains 12 laboratories ranging from 550-1000 sq. feet, 12 offices ranging in size from 155-400 sq. feet and a range of communal facilities including a meeting room and support laboratory.

The following facilities are currently available to incubate businesses, but due to the dynamic nature of its surrounding research environment this list is continuously changing so, please contact the Norwich Bio-Incubator with your projects requirements:

  • Integral shared access laboratory facilities and equipment to be tailored to meet the requirements of incubate companies

  • Two conference rooms complete with audio-visual equipment allowing meetings for up to 40 people. With access to the John Innes Centres on site conference facilities for up to 200 people.
